Grant Application

The application for the 2025 Impact100 Greater Chesapeake grant is coming soon. In the meantime, we recommend you review the complete grant process and the PDF-version of the 2024 application. 

Once the 2025 application is available, note that the application must be submitted using the link via Google Forms (i.e., a PDF will not be considered).  The required attachments must be emailed to grants@impact100greaterchesapeake.org. On the subject line of the email, indicate 2025GrantApplication, the focus area for which you are applying, and your organization name (e.g., 2025GrantApplication_FocusArea_ OrganizationName). Please use the same naming convention for all attachments (e.g., 2025GrantApplication_FocusArea_OrganizationName_NameofAttachement).  

**Please note that attending a Request for Application (RFA) Workshop is a mandatory step in applying for the Impact100 Greater Chesapeake grant. Watching the RFA Workshop Recording satisfies this element. Please view the RFA Workshop dates and recording under the Nonprofit Workshops page.

Below are the required attachments to accompany your application:

  • 501(c)(3) letter

  • Copy of the organization's Letter of Good Standing from Maryland, or proof that the
    organization is in good standing (if a copy cannot be obtained in time)

  • Tax Form 990

  • Excel sheet of the program/project expenses using the Project Expenses and Revenue template, located HERE

  • Quotes or estimates to support the program/project expenses

  • Year to date budget for the current fiscal/calendar year

  • Balance sheet for the two most recent completed fiscal years

  • Income statement for the two most recent completed fiscal years

  • Letter of commitment from collaborating organizations, if applicable

  • High quality logo of the organization 

  • Optional: An organization "wish list" - this list allows Impact100 Greater Chesapeake to make an impact outside of our yearly grant. Requests range from volunteering, to small and large items. The wish list will be posted on our public website.

Prior to submitting your application, we recommend you utilize the application checklist to ensure your application is fully complete.

The application and required attachments are due by June 30, 11:59PM ET.  Late submissions will not be considered.
